Agreement and service operator

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Stars & Stripes Mods, the operator of Calvary Protect (“Protect,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply to the Protect website and PWA, Discord bot, API, accounts, registry, reporting and appeal tools, and connected FiveM resources. By registering, inviting or configuring the bot, connecting a service, submitting information, or otherwise using Protect, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and authority

You must meet the minimum age required by the platforms you use and applicable law. If you act for a Discord server, developer, store, business, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms and configure Protect for it. Server setup is limited to people with the relevant Discord permissions.

What Protect provides

Protect provides developer and release verification, private evidence preservation and indexing, an antivirus upload gateway, customer file safety scans, protected-device security checklists, 24/7 advisory case triage, reports and case tracking, automatic Discord setup, restricted appeal intake, a reviewed user and server registry, exact-ID guild scans, local alerts and opt-in verified-case enforcement, connected FiveM checks, and service-status tools.

Protect is an information and security workflow—not law enforcement, a court, legal advice, a guarantee that a product or file is authentic or safe, a replacement for supported endpoint antivirus, backups or escrow, or a universal ban network. An unmatched fingerprint, clean scan, automated signal, or identifier is not proof of safety or wrongdoing.

Staff dashboard and protected devices

A staff-only dashboard link issued through Discord is a temporary credential for the authorized recipient. Do not forward, publish, or reuse it on a shared device. Staff must review only cases assigned to their duties, keep evidence private, record an accurate reason for each decision, recuse from conflicts, and preserve the two-reviewer requirement.

Protected-device registration and self-reported security controls are account-security tools. They are not mobile-device management, hidden monitoring, location tracking, a guarantee against compromise, or evidence that two accounts belong to the same person. A registered device does not bypass account sign-in or MFA. The antivirus gateway scans files deliberately submitted to Protect; it does not scan an entire device.

Accounts and credentials

You must provide accurate registration information, keep credentials private, use a unique password, and promptly report suspected compromise. You are responsible for actions taken through your account, Discord identity, API credentials, or connected server until you notify us. We may require identity or ownership verification, invalidate sessions, rate-limit attempts, or require a password change to protect the service.

Server administration and local choice

Discord and FiveM administrators choose whether to install and configure Protect, the alert and private enforcement-log channels, reviewer role, evidence-retention period, member screening, and verified-case auto-ban. With explicit use of /setup auto-provision, Protect may create or repair its isolated category, reviewer role, alert channel, enforcement ledger, topics, and permission overwrites. It does not delete unrelated roles or channels.

Administrators are responsible for obtaining any required community notices or consents, granting only necessary permissions, keeping Protect below roles it must not manage, reviewing local alerts and ledger entries, and complying with Discord, Cfx.re/FiveM, and applicable law. Member screening and guild scans use exact Discord IDs against supported verified registry records. Server owners may choose alert-only mode or disable Protect.

Reports, evidence, and your promises

A report is an allegation until independently reviewed. Protect assigns one case number, indexes preserved evidence, and may perform automated completeness and matching checks at any time. Those checks are advisory and do not blacklist a user or server. When you submit a report, appeal, ownership proof, link, identifier, or file, you represent that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge, relevant to the matter, lawfully obtained, and that you are authorized to share it for review.

Do not submit fabricated or manipulated claims, malware, executable payloads, stolen credentials, doxxing, intimate material, threats, unrelated personal data, mass-scraped content, or material that unlawfully infringes another person’s rights. Use private evidence channels and submit the minimum necessary information. We may quarantine, reject, redact, or delete unsafe or irrelevant material.

Developer and release verification

A verified-developer profile means Protect reviewed evidence connecting the applicant to the listed developer, store, domain, Cfx profile, Tebex presence, or resources at the time of review. It is not an endorsement of every product, business practice, future release, or person associated with that developer.

Release verification checks a submitted SHA-256 fingerprint against a registered, cryptographically signed release manifest. A match supports authenticity for that exact fingerprint; it does not guarantee that a file is bug-free, lawful, compatible, or safe for every environment.

Registry findings and enforcement

Pending reports and automated triage outcomes are private and create no public finding or automatic punishment. A supported verified finding requires approvals from two distinct eligible reviewers, subject to conflict and recusal controls. The resulting registry or blacklist record remains linked to the original case number. The public registry masks sensitive identifiers and excludes pending, denied, removed, and appealed findings.

Automatic Discord bans are limited to exact Discord IDs explicitly included in the two-reviewer incident, supported verified leak or theft findings, servers that expressly opted in, and cases where Protect has the required permission. The official Calvary Protect support guild is an appeal-safe exception and routes a present verified subject into restricted appeal access and a private evidence-safe ticket instead of banning that subject there. A primary account and separately reviewed linked accounts are otherwise enforced and reversed as individual IDs, with each result written to the server's private enforcement ledger. No identity or guilt is inferred from usernames, avatars, IP addresses, devices, shared guilds, customers, partners, or communities.

Appeals, corrections, and reversals

A subject may appeal, dispute identity, submit counter-evidence, or request a correction through the appeal workflow or support. When an exact verified subject joins the official support Discord, Protect may assign a restricted Appeal Access role and open a private ticket containing the account ID, case number, category, verified date, and registry record number. The automatic ticket does not include evidence, evidence names, hashes, links, reporters, or reviewer identities.

Appeals are reviewed separately and require the configured approvals. An upheld appeal can remove the supported finding, remove Appeal Access when no other active finding remains, and reverse Protect-applied Discord enforcement where technically possible; independent actions taken by a server remain under that server’s control.

Acceptable use

You may not use Protect to harass, retaliate, discriminate, impersonate, stalk, deanonymize, or threaten; file knowingly false or mass reports; evade a restriction; probe or disrupt the service without written permission; scrape private or non-public data; reverse engineer secrets or bypass access controls; resell access; automate abusive traffic; infringe rights; or violate law or platform rules.

You may not present a pending report, advisory signal, or unmatched registry search as a verified finding. You may describe truthful Protect results, but you may not alter Protect receipts, verification badges, branding, or audit records to mislead others.

Content, ownership, and license

You keep the rights you hold in evidence and other content you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, encrypt, copy, analyze, display to authorized reviewers, and otherwise process that content only as needed to operate, secure, investigate, appeal, and improve Protect or comply with law.

Protect’s software, website design, documentation, registry format, CP shield, Calvary Protect name, and related branding are owned by Stars & Stripes Mods or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership or permission to copy, sell, impersonate, or create misleading derivative services.

Third-party services

Your use of Discord, Cfx.re/FiveM, Rockstar Games services, Tebex, hosting providers, and developer stores is governed by those parties’ terms and policies. We do not control their availability, permissions, moderation, purchases, or data practices. Calvary Protect is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord, Cfx.re/FiveM, Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or Tebex unless expressly stated.

Suspension and termination

We may rate-limit, suspend, restrict, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to stop abuse, protect users or evidence, respond to a compromised integration, enforce these Terms, comply with law or platform requirements, or maintain service security. Where appropriate, we will provide a reason and an opportunity to correct or appeal. You may stop using Protect, remove the bot, disable a server configuration, or request eligible account deletion at any time.

Availability and disclaimers

Protect is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free results. We do not guarantee that every leak, unauthorized user, malicious file, false report, service outage, or identity change will be detected.

You are responsible for independently reviewing high-impact decisions, maintaining backups and access controls, using official platform security features, and complying with law. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limits of responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Stars & Stripes Mods and the Protect team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or service access arising from Protect. Any direct liability will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid specifically for Protect during the twelve months before the event or US $100.

These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited. You remain responsible for claims or harm caused by your unlawful evidence, false statements, misuse, or violation of another person’s rights.

Changes, severability, and disputes

We may update these Terms as Protect changes. Material updates will receive a new effective date and may be announced on the website or support Discord. If you do not agree to an update, stop using the service and remove connected installations.

If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Before starting a formal dispute, contact support so both sides can try to resolve it. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator’s principal place of business, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
